Product damaged in transit
You can fill in the contact form directly. We'll do our best to respond quickly. Please attach a photo of your damaged products. If the parcel in which you received your products was also in poor condition then don't hesitate to include a photo of it
My product is not waterproof
If the seal is damaged on receipt of the package, please contact us directly via the form. If your product leaks as a result of normal use, please ensure that the seal is correctly positioned and the container properly closed. Watertightness is guara
My product doesn't keep hot or cold
To check if your product keeps warm, pour hot water into your container before closing it. After 5 minutes, touch the outside of the container. If you feel hot spots, your product is not isothermal. Don't hesitate to contact us via the contact form,
