You can fill in the contact form directly. We'll do our best to respond quickly. Please attach a photo of your damaged products. If the parcel in which you received your products was also in poor condition then don't hesitate to include a photo of it too (it's important for us 😀 ).
Please notify Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt of the parcel to arrange for after-sales service.
