Your Qwetch containers now come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, valid as long as you are the first purchaser of the product. Discover the lifetime warranty.

This is optional and does not affect your rights: without registration, your warranty remains valid under the same conditions; you will simply need to provide your proof of purchase when you need it. By registering your product, you no longer need to keep your receipt or invoice for years, as your file is already ready. You can register at any time, even several years after purchase, as long as your product was purchased on or after 1 July 2026.

Re-Love products, accessories, spare parts and Solid Drinks are not covered by this lifetime warranty but are covered by our commercial warranty for 2 years from the date of receipt, for any manufacturing defect.

Failure to comply with the conditions of use and maintenance will void the warranty. The conditions can be found on each product page in the shop at www.qwetch.com.

In the event of a defect in a "limited edition" or "customised" product, Qwetch does not guarantee that it will be able to supply the same product. If the defect concerns a spare part (seal, cap, filter, etc.), only the spare part will be replaced.

To make a complaint, please fill in the contact form and attach:

• proof of purchase
• a description of the problem encountered
• the serial number of your product (engraved underneath, starting with W followed by 6 digits)
• one or more detailed photos of the product

Before making any claim, please check the 3 tabs below (your product does not keep things hot or cold, is not waterproof, product damaged during transport).
