Qwetch guarantees its products against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of receipt.

Failure to observe the conditions of use and maintenance will invalidate the warranty. The conditions can be consulted on each product page of the www.qwetch.com store. In the event of a defect in a "limited series" or "customization" product, Qwetch does not guarantee that it will be able to supply the same product. If the defect concerns a spare part (gasket, stopper, filter, etc.), the replacement will be made on the spare part only.

To make a claim, please fill in the contact form and attach :

• proof of purchase,
• a description of the problem encountered,
• the serial number of your product (engraved on the underside, beginning with W followed by 6 digits)
• one or more detailed photos of the product.

Before making any claim, please check the 3 tabs below (your product does not keep hot/cold, is not watertight, damaged product).
