Do my past purchases count?
No. Only purchases made on or after January 1, 2026, earn points. Points are not awarded retroactively for past orders.
Can I earn points for a purchase made in-store?
Yes. If you purchased a product at one of our retail stores, simply take a photo of your receipt to complete the āmake an in-store purchaseā mission. You'll then receive your 50 reward points.
How do I use my points?
You can check your point balance at any time, directly in your customer account on qwetch.com. You can use your points at checkout by selecting a reward to redeem based on the number of points you have available.
What happens if I return my order?
Points associated with the refunded order are automatically recalculated.
