You have just exchanged your points for a reward, but you don't know how to add it to your order?

You have two options:

1. Apply the reward directly to your cart
   After exchanging your points for your reward, click on “Apply to cart”. The reward will automatically be added to your cart.

2. Use your reward code
   After exchanging your points, copy the code that appears (ex : 86H4HHXBLDVI), then enter it in the “Discount code” section at checkout.

If you received your code by email, make sure to add the product manually to your cart for the discount to work.

Important for free product rewards :

For rewards corresponding to a free product (ex : free stickers, free Solid Drinks, free glass teapot), remember to add the relevant product to your cart.

For the reward to be applied, your order must contain at least one other product from the store (excluding products on sale).

This condition does not apply to the following rewards:

- €5 voucher on Solid Drinks subscriptions
- Free personalization
