Refund information following an after-sales service disputeUpdated 5 months ago

In the event of an after-sales service/product dispute confirmed by our Customer Service department, a refund may be offered.

In this case, the refund can only be made within a certain period of time after the initial order has been validated.

Depending on the initial payment method, if the refund period is exceeded, you will be provided with a voucher of the same value. 


Payment / refund via Paypal: 

Full or partial refunds are possible within 180 days of the original payment date.

Receipt of the refunded amount may take up to 5 working days.


Payment / refund via credit card: 

Full or partial refunds are possible within 365 days of the original payment date.

Receipt of the refunded amount may take up to 10 working days.
