Returns are authorized within 30 days of delivery of the order to the customer's home or relay point.
For Christmas, orders placed between November 1 and December 15, 2024 benefit from an extended return period, until January 15, 2025. Beyond these dates, the 30-day return period applies.
Personalized products cannot be modified, returned or exchanged (final sale). If your personalized product is faulty on receipt, please contact us directly.
Return conditions :
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Include the retraction form in the parcel, downloadable here
- Put the product and its original packaging in a box for shipping.
- Make a return request via the portal on this link below:
If your product is defective, please do not register the return.
It is imperative to contact us via the contact form or on [email protected] for after-sales service. The return will be refused.

Return costs: €5 will be deducted from the refund (per return request) to generate a prepaid label.
Countries concerned: France (mainland), Belgium, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg.
For all other countries/regions, return costs are at the customer's expense. Please respect the above conditions and register the return via the portal.
All returned products are inspected on receipt by our logistics department. Processing time is approximately 10 working days. If the returned product shows signs of use or does not comply with the return conditions, Qwetch reserves the right not to refund the customer and to return the product (unsaleable) to its recipient.
